Flushing Town Hall

Flushing Town Hall is an 1862 landmark in the heart of Flushing, Queens, managed by the Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts on behalf of the City of New York. Following a nine-year, $8 million restoration completed in 1999, the building was transformed from an abandoned structure into a thriving arts center and event venue. It holds Smithsonian Affiliate status and membership in New York City's Cultural Institutions Group. Three distinct rental spaces serve a wide range of private events: a theater accommodating up to 190 guests for galas, receptions, and performances; a 1,500-square-foot gallery suited for intimate gatherings of up to 100; and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor garden with tree-shaded lawns for up to 150 guests. Event coordinators support the planning process and provide a curated vendor list for catering, florals, and décor.
