Forest Springs Resort is a boutique 10-acre forest retreat in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, with 50 rooms tucked into the trees. It’s a private, nature-driven setting for celebrations and gatherings, with everyone able to stay together on property. We host private dinners, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, small weddings and elopements, and company offsites. Ceremonies take place in the forest under a wooden arch with wooden seating. Receptions and dinners can be set up under the trees with string lights, in an event tent, or in our indoor Forest Lounge as a rainy-day or cold-weather backup. Guests can stay on site in suites with kitchenettes and Double Queen rooms that sleep 3–4, and enjoy our heated outdoor pool (open year-round), forest sauna and cold plunge, red light therapy, cinema, pickleball and walking trails. We keep events calm and wellness-focused, with quiet hours from 10 PM. Contact us for pricing and availability, and we’ll gladly arrange a tour.

Starting price is for Whispering Forest, our intimate package for up to 25 guests on a weekday (Sun–Thu). Weekends (Fri–Sat) start at $3,500. Every package includes ceremony and reception in the forest for up to 8 hours (ending by 10 PM), our event tent with string lights, and tables and seating, all set up and taken down by our team. Other packages: Under the Pines: 26–50 guests, weekdays only, from $4,500. At least half of your guests stay on property. Full Property Buyout: the whole resort and all 50 rooms for one night, from $12,000 on weekdays and $20,000 on weekends. Required for weekend weddings with more than 25 guests. Peak season (June–August and October) is about 20% higher. Prices are before taxes. Catering and florals aren’t included, and you’re welcome to bring your own vendors (we’re happy to recommend local favorites). Guest rooms can be held for your group with a private booking link.
