Fortino Winery & Event Center

Fortino Winery Event Center sits on 30 acres in Gilroy, California, along the scenic Hecker Pass Highway — a working winery established in 1970, surrounded by Merlot and Chardonnay vineyards, towering redwoods, and manicured hillside grounds. Two dedicated event spaces accommodate celebrations from intimate gatherings to weddings of up to 300 guests. The outdoor Redwood Terrace features a ceremony area, reception lawn, covered stage and dance floor, full bar, and private entry through the vineyard. The Barrel Room is an indoor banquet hall — recently renovated with air conditioning and heat — with an attached outdoor covered space and vineyard views, suited for up to 120 guests. In-house catering draws on Italian culinary traditions, with menus offered buffet-style, family-style, or as plated dinners; the kitchen team also accommodates specialty menus. The winery is licensed for beer and wine service, with selections from Fortino's own cellar. Wedding coordination is available on-site, and the grounds include a dedicated bridal preparation room.
