- Pricing for events are based on Room Rental and Food & Beverage minimum purchase requirements, which are determined based on the event type, meal times, and Hotel availability. Each quote is created custom for the specific date and size of event requested.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- In addition to Hotel service & plateware, chairs, tables, linens, staging, dance floor, and podiums, rental includes dedicated planning services from our Catering professionals who will walk you through each step of the planning process - from contract signing to the day of the event!
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Our team is always available to assist in planning your special event! For weddings and social events, we request clients to secure a dedicated wedding planner and day-of coordinator. Upon securing our venue, we are happy to share our preferred vendor list of top recommended planners and vendors.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, the Hotel works closely with our on-site AV partner Encore. Events are welcome to bring in their preferred AV partner for an additional fee.
