Franklin Veterans Club

The Franklin Veterans Club is a nonprofit veterans organization incorporated under Maine law in 1979, serving area veterans and the broader Franklin community for over four decades. With more than 280 members drawn from across the United States, it operates as one of Maine's largest independent veterans groups and holds 501(c)(19) status with the IRS. The club's event facilities include a Large Hall and a Small Hall, both available for private rentals covering meetings, parties, wedding receptions, reunions, birthdays, wakes, and community festivals. Kitchen and bar access are available as add-ons, with all alcohol provided and bartended through the club. The property also includes a baseball field that supports local youth leagues. Beyond events, the Franklin Veterans Club actively supports the surrounding community through partnerships with Little League, the local library, historical society, and schools, as well as veteran-focused initiatives such as the Flags Over Franklin Project and a handicap ramp lending program.
