Reserves venue for four (4) hours* at a competitive rate of $117/hour ($468 total plus a $75 cleaning fee = $543) with a maximum occupancy/group size of up to 59 people. Boba Drink Catering from Taste & See may also be purchased with your venue rental during the checkout process. Every Boba Drink Catering order includes two popular boba/bubble tea varieties (brown sugar milk tea and taro/ube milk tea) and chewy tapioca Boba. * PLEASE NOTE: Pre-event set-up and post-event clean-up is your responsibly. We simply ask that you leave our venue in its pre-event condition. However much time you anticipate for set-up and clean-up is included in your time-slot. For example, if your event starts at 2 p.m., ends at 4 p.m., you estimate one hour to set-up, and one hour to clean up, then please plan accordingly (i.e., arrive at 1 p.m. and plan to leave by no later than 5 p.m.).
