Galena Log Cabin Guest Houses

Log Cabin Guest House is a collection of five private, authentic log cabins dating to the early 1800s, situated on the historic Augustus Chetlain estate just two miles from Main Street Galena, Illinois. The cabins have been updated with modern comforts — including whirlpool tubs and wood-burning fireplaces — while preserving their original rustic character. The property accommodates small gatherings and private events, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, in an intimate outdoor-oriented setting. Guests and event groups benefit from pet-friendly policies and proximity to hiking trails and Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort.
