Gallatin River Hideaway - Bridal Veil Venue

Gallatin River Hideaway is a private outdoor wedding venue and event center situated along the Gallatin River in Bozeman, Montana. Established in 2004, the property offers two distinct outdoor spaces — the Bridal Veil Venue and the Creekside Venue — accommodating celebrations from intimate elopements to full receptions of up to 300 guests. The Bridal Veil Venue centers on a spacious meadow setting anchored by a round pole barn pavilion with a vaulted ceiling and bistro lighting, a polished concrete dance floor, a woodland walking path with white bridges, and a white gazebo for ceremonies. A trail leads directly to the Gallatin River, and the grounds include a fire pit, horseshoe pits, and a children's play area. The Creekside Venue provides a more intimate tree-lined setting along the creek, with a covered pavilion and Edison string lighting, for gatherings of up to 200 guests. Both venues are available June through September. The property operates on a 2.5-day rental model and includes tables, chairs, a catering kitchen with refrigeration, a two-tap keg bar setup, modern restroom facilities, and post-event cleanup service. The venue is LGBTQ-friendly and welcomes destination weddings as well as local celebrations.
