Gallatin River Hideaway - Creekside Pavilions

Gallatin River Hideaway is a private outdoor wedding venue and event center set along the Gallatin River outside Bozeman, Montana. Owned by the Brailsford family since 2004, the property features two distinct outdoor venues — the Creekside Venue and the Bridal Veil Venue — each with a covered pavilion, ceremony gazebo, and natural surroundings that include cottonwood groves, meadow trails, and creek access. The venue is built around a signature two-and-a-half-day event format: a full weekend that opens with Friday setup access, moves through Saturday ceremonies and receptions, and closes with Sunday morning wrap-up time. All rental packages include round and rectangular tables, white chairs, restroom facilities, a two-tap keg bar setup, a large parking area, and post-event cleanup. On-site cabin lodging steps from both venues lets the full wedding party stay on property. Gallatin River Hideaway hosts weddings, elopements, micro-weddings, corporate retreats, and private parties. The venue is LGBTQ-friendly and operates June through September.
