Garden of Sunshine Hollow

Sunshine Hollow is a garden wedding venue, bakery, and nursery in East Tennessee, set between Knoxville and Chattanooga just off I-75. Its outdoor ceremony space sits above a three-acre lake with forested hills as a backdrop, surrounded by gardens that bloom from spring through fall — peaking May through October — making the grounds a natural setting for photos before and after the celebration. For couples who want a rain backup or prefer to be indoors, the venue's 5,000-square-foot reception hall is climate-controlled and lit by 13,000 LED lights, with room for dining and dancing. Both the outdoor garden venue and the indoor hall seat up to 150 guests. Owners Dave and Vicki Rhyne have hosted weddings and events at Sunshine Hollow since 1995, booking only one event per weekend so each couple has the venue's full attention. On-site catering is available for buffet or hors d'oeuvres service, and the venue's own bakery prepares wedding and groom's cakes.
