Grand Casino Mille Lacs

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is a casino resort in Onamia, Minnesota, founded in 1991 by the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. The property offers event space across multiple ballrooms and intimate breakout rooms — including the Mille Lacs Events Center — backed by full-service catering, full bar service, and stage, lighting, audio, and visual equipment coordination. Rooms configure in theater, classroom, U-shape, conference, or banquet-style arrangements for gatherings ranging from small business meetings to large-scale weddings, conferences, and cultural celebrations. Beyond the event spaces, guests have access to newly renovated hotel accommodations, restaurants, and a 24/7 gaming floor. The surrounding area adds further draw: Lake Mille Lacs is close by for fishing and boating, scenic state parks and award-winning golf courses are within reach, and the property sits 35 minutes from Brainerd and an hour and a half from the Twin Cities.
