Can we bring our own food or beverages onto the resort?
The resort does not permit food or beverages to be brought in from an outside source. An outside vendor can supply a pre-approved cake or ethnic pastries. In this case, there will be a $10.00 plate and cutting fee plus VAT and service charge. Any items not pre-approved are not permitted.
When is my next deposit due?
You can find your deposit due dates listed on your contract. Please contact your Event Sales Manager with any questions. The hotel requires pre-payment of all items including: space rental fees, planned private food and beverage events, and any extras, prior to your arrival.
Do you have a Bridal Room or Groom's Room?
Many of our brides choose to book their hotel room with us the evening before their wedding. They will have the use of their room for changing and getting ready. For larger bridal parties, we recommend reserving a suite to ensure you have plenty of space to get ready in your room.
Can I bring personal items from home?
We are pleased to accommodate our bride and groom who would like to add personal touches to their wedding. Items such as photos in frames, cake knife and server, personal champagne glasses are always welcome.
How do we schedule a rehearsal if we are having our ceremony at the resort?
The ceremony rehearsal is typically scheduled one or two days before the wedding. The rehearsal date and time will be scheduled (2) months before the wedding date or discussed at your tasting. A one-hour time frame will be blocked for you to rehearse with your bridal party.
