Graystone Event Center

Graystone Event Center is a 6,100-square-foot self-serve venue in Ludington, Michigan, four miles from the shores of Lake Michigan. The facility pairs a clean, modern atmosphere with genuine flexibility: two ballrooms fitted with movable dividing walls can be arranged into up to five distinct configurations, making the space equally at home for an intimate ceremony or a full-scale reception. The Grand Ballroom hosts up to 300 guests for receptions and banquets, while the East Ballroom accommodates up to 100 for ceremonies. Standard furnishings — 330 white chairs, 6-foot round tables, and 8-foot rectangular tables — are included with every rental, along with a video projector for presentations. Preferred caterers handle food and beverage, and the venue permits alcohol with the appropriate liability insurance. From weddings and holiday parties to corporate meetings, fundraisers, and milestone celebrations, Graystone offers the tools and space for a wide range of events without a preset formula.
