Green Bench Brewing Company is a craft brewery, beer garden, and event venue in St. Petersburg, Florida, founded by three St. Pete natives who transformed a shared passion for brewing into the city's first microbrewery. Built on a commitment to quality over quantity, the brewery crafts a rotating lineup of beers, meads, and ciders using fresh, local, and traditional ingredients — and has grown into a true community gathering place where, as the brewery puts it, its doors, bars, and benches are open to everyone.
The campus spans two connected locations: the original tasting room and covered outdoor beer garden, and Webb's City Cellar, a two-story industrial-chic barrel aging facility and tasting room that opened in 2019 and honors the legendary Webb's City Drug Store that once anchored downtown St. Petersburg. Together, the two buildings offer a range of spaces for private events, from intimate barrel-side gatherings to full-buyout celebrations.
Private event options accommodate groups from 35 to 300 guests across five distinct spaces, including the full Webb's City Cellar with its bar, balcony, and outdoor patio, a second-floor private room with views of the barrel-aging facility and downtown skyline, and the open-air beer garden suited for yoga classes, ceremonies, and photo shoots. In-house bar service is available for most events.
