Grill 89 is a contemporary American restaurant in Westmont, Illinois, established in 2016 as part of the Ditka Restaurant Group — a hospitality group that traces its origins to the original Ditka's steakhouse, which opened on Chicago's Magnificent Mile in 1997. Named in honor of Mike Ditka, the College and Professional Hall of Fame football player and iconic Chicago Bears head coach, the restaurant brings a legacy of elevated dining to the western suburbs.
