About Gymnopedie
Gymnopedie is a 5500 square foot arts venue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located in the basement of a historic church, the rooms have been restored after 40 years of inactivity. This unique space is now available for your music video shoots, film shoots, dance shoots, fashion shoots, and events. Our Gymnasium, Classroom, and Locker Room are beloved one-of-a-kind work spaces for local videographers, photographers, dancers, fashion designers, event planners, and musicians.

- $135 per hour on weekdays before 6pm $145 per hour on weekdays after 6pm $165 per hour on weekends Day rates are available
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Access for you and your guests to all of the rooms in our 5480 square foot venue.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Guests who cancel with 7 days or more advance notice receive a full refund of the rental payment Guests who cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance receive the half the rental payment back. Guests who cancel within 24 hours pay for the booking in full.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 150 people: crew + talent + attendees
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- A venue coordinator will be available to assist all renters while they are on site.
