- How do I inquire about a date or space?
- We’d be happy to provide the information you need to plan a successful event. To inquire about space availability, please fill out our online inquiry form, email rentals@hsanyc.org, or call 212.926.4100, ext. 306.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Once we’ve discussed the details of your event, we’ll provide a customized quote. Pricing is based on the rental fee, staffing, and any additional requirements specific to your event.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No. We do not offer in-house catering but welcome outside caterers. Caterers are required to bring their own prep supplies, ice, and coolers, as the kitchen does not include a freezer.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- No. We allow clients to bring in the vendors of their choice, but all vendors must be insured and provide necessary documentation in advance.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No. Clients must secure their own licensed and insured bartenders if serving alcohol. Proof of insurance is required.
