About Hazard Factory Outlet
Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

We Weekdays from 9 to five are $300 for eight hours. Weekdays can be rented 5pm till midnight for $400 Hours past midnight are available at our discretion. Saturdays are 1000-3000 depending upon the activity and attendance. Saturdays are available from 3 pm till two a.m. Out of respect for our neighbors we ask that events plan on winding down around one. Let us know what you are planning and we will provide a quote!
