Discounted kids’ birthday bundles start at 8 guests with a flat rate of $50 per guest/project, making it easy and affordable to celebrate. You can reserve your party by purchasing the 8-guest bundle for $399, and additional guests can be added anytime, even on the event date, at the same discounted $50 rate per extra guest. Each guest enjoys one premium studio activity to choose from, such as squishy design, charm decor bar, paint pour, figurine painting, or bath bomb trio coloring. The birthday star receives a special VIP menu experience to make the celebration feel extra memorable. The bundle also includes an icebreaker activity, a parting gift, and hobby shop credit. Our mobile birthday party experience brings creativity and fun directly to your location, including setup, instruction, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. The mobile event fee depends on party size: Mini Party (up to ~10 guests) is $400, Signature Party (11–20 guests) is $550, and Grand Party (21–30+ guests) is $700. Each guest chooses a hands-on craft activity. Project options per guest include figurine painting or a pre-printed small canvas for $49, paint pour, squishy design, or trio bath bomb painting for $59, a pre-printed large canvas for $69, or a charm bar experience for $79 where we bring a mini charm station to your event. Optional add-ons include a hide-and-paint scavenger hunt ($9 per guest), mini maker station activities like Moru doll, magnet DIY, piperoid, or button kits ($19 per guest), and bath bomb coloring upgrades ($29 per guest). A $500 refundable deposit (30+ day cancellation) reserves your date. Minimum 8 guests or projects required, and service is generally within 15 miles of San Clemente with indoor or covered outdoor space needed.

Private studio rentals at Hello Tutu Studio are available with a two-hour minimum booking. Weekend rates (Friday through Sunday) are $750 per hour with a $1500 minimum, while weekday rentals (Monday through Thursday) are $600 per hour with a $1200 minimum. Your rental includes exclusive use of the entire studio, dedicated hosts, full setup and cleanup, tables and seating for indoor and outdoor areas, music, and a creative atmosphere. The space comfortably hosts up to 50 guests, with potential arrangements for additional guests on a case-by-case basis. Projects are priced per guest and are selected separately from the studio rental. Guests can choose from activities such as canvas painting, paint pour, squishy design, designer charm bar creations, kids’ guided crafts, or rug tufting workshops. We help curate the best project mix based on your group’s age range, vibe, and budget, ensuring every guest leaves with a unique handmade creation that becomes a memorable keepsake. Optional add-ons such as themed décor, catering coordination, balloon artists, face painting, and professional photography or videography are available to enhance your experience and make your event truly special.
