Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary

Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary sits on ten acres north of Prescott, Arizona, overlooking Willow Lake. The sanctuary's naturally-landscaped grounds feature spacious animal enclosures, winding walking paths, a children's playground, a splash pad, and covered pavilions — creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for private events and celebrations. Five distinct rental spaces accommodate gatherings from 25 to 300 guests, ranging from intimate shaded pavilions nestled alongside animal exhibits to the open Event Center Lawn, which is well-suited for weddings, anniversaries, corporate parties, and large outdoor celebrations. Every rental includes zoo admission for guests, and children's parties feature an animal encounter experience. The sanctuary's design philosophy centers on animal welfare: much of each animal's habitat is kept off-display so animals can choose privacy, and the facility houses one of the only Tarantula Grottos in the region. Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary offers education and conservation programming alongside its event venues, making it a distinctive setting for groups seeking something beyond a traditional event space.
