Hidden Brook Winery

Hidden Brook Winery is a family-owned winery set in a custom log cabin surrounded by a peaceful forest in Loudoun County, Virginia. Built by owners Eric and Deborah Hauck in 2000 with the help of family and friends, the winery opened in September 2001 and is one of the original ten wineries established in Loudoun County. The first vines were planted in 1998, and the Haucks' favorite varietals include the French-American hybrids Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin, crafted with an Italian approach that yields softer-tannin, fruit-forward reds. Nestled in a grove of shady pine trees, the winery offers a cozy, relaxed atmosphere both indoors and out. The grounds include seating on the front porch, picnic tables along the lawn, a gazebo, and two fire pits, while the open-concept log cabin interior features high ceilings, natural log walls, a fireplace, and a full bar. Hidden Brook Winery is family- and pet-friendly, welcoming children and well-mannered pets throughout the property. The winery hosts live music, weddings, and private events, and maintains an event calendar for guests planning a visit.
