Hidden View Farm

Hidden View Farm is a 100-acre English country estate set among rolling meadows, mature woodlands, and six distinct garden areas just outside Annapolis in Crownsville, Maryland. Richard Bradshaw and Dr. Michael Pistole have shaped the property over more than 35 years, transforming it from a neglected 40-acre parcel into a lush conservation estate — expanded to over 100 acres and permanently protected through an easement with the Maryland Environmental Trust. The gardens are the heart of the venue, featuring exotic flora, aquatic gardens stocked with koi, a Black Swan Fountain, an Angel Garden, and free-roaming peacocks throughout the grounds. Meadows open to views of the South River headwaters, while the historic Manor House anchors the property with a traditional brick facade and European antiques. Hidden View Farm hosts weddings, family reunions, corporate events, charity fundraisers, and milestone celebrations. The Amish Barn provides an intimate indoor option with natural lighting, woodland views, and a cozy fireplace, while the gardens and meadows accommodate outdoor ceremonies for up to 250 guests. A fully furnished apartment in the Manor House is available for bridal party use on event days.
