What is the venue capacity?
The NorthStar Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests (theatre style seating) and can be divided into 4 separate event spaces for smaller gatherings. Additionally, we offer 2 smaller breakout rooms, an executive boardroom, and an additional Ballroom for gatherings under 150 guests.
Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
We partner with an on-site 3rd party A/V provider. Guests are welcome to bring in their own licensed and insured company with prior approval at no additional cost.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Rental fees for our meeting spaces includes the private use of our designated event space, banquet tables, chairs, linens, flatware and cutlery, drinking glasses, and banquet attendants. Bartenders and Chef's stations are available for an additional fee.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
Yes! We are happy to offer complimentary parking for all registered guests of the hotel and conference/event attendees.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
Yes! We have an on-site Convention Services Manager who will guide you through every step of the planning process!
