Our space features two industrial - sized glass overhead doors, a fireplace, wainscoting details, and beautiful ten-foot imported egyptian double doors. - Do you provide tables and chairs?
- We provided and set up all tables and chairs for your event. We have beautiful velvet chairs and chic farmhouse tables that seat 8-10 guests. Set up and tear down of tables and chairs is included.

- Hollis Event Co. will comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests.
- Can I hire my own caterers?
- Yes! You are welcome to choose your own professional caterer or choose from our preferred catering professionals.
- Is security for my event required?
- 1 officer is required & included in your rental. The officer will arrive at the time of your event until 20 minutes past the end of the event. A second officer is required for events with 85+ guests and/or alcohol is being served. We will hire security for you & will invoice you for the 2nd officer.
