Home Team BBQ Aspen brings the multi-regional Southern barbecue tradition of a Charleston-born restaurant group to the mountains of Colorado. Located inside the Inn at Aspen at 38750 CO-82, the restaurant features a rustic interior of reclaimed barn wood and metalwork, a stone fireplace, and a back patio with views of Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Hunter Creek Valley. The dining areas include a 25-seat bar, booth seating with handcrafted wood tables, the Station Room lounge, and the outdoor patio. Founded in 2006 by Aaron Siegel and partners, Home Team BBQ pairs slow-cooked meats and elevated Southern staples with an expansive American whiskey selection, craft cocktails, and local brews. The restaurant also hosts live music performances throughout the year.
