What is included in the venue rental cost?: All of our wedding and large event packages include: Tables, chairs, reception hall, chapel or outdoor ceremony, cornhole boards, photo wall, bridal suite, groom's suite, day-of coordination, and use of the property for a bridal or engagement photo session with or without our highland cows!
How much does it cost to rent the venue?: Our current promotional pricing to rent the venue is: Sunday-Thursday: $5500 Friday: $7500 Saturday: $9500 We also offer in-house florals, catering, decorations, and more. For turn key pricing please reach out to us via text or call (979)551-1741
Does the venue have a liquor license?: No! We do not have our liquor license, and that is because we are here to help YOU as much as possible. You are free to provide your own alcohol to save money, or hire third-party vendors. We do have in-house bartenders and security that are available and a turn-key option for those interested.
Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?: Yes, our sound system was professionally designed by country artist Granger Smith's head AV guy. Our system is capable of anything you will need, including full bands, DJs, PA, etc. All included in your rental!
Does the venue have on-site lodging?: Yes, we have a 9-room lodge with 2 queen beds in each room, so we are capable of sleeping 36. Separately, we have a private honeymoon cottage that is brand new! Full lodge rental is $2000/night and the honeymoon cottage is $300/night.
