Hutchinson House is a historic four-bedroom farmhouse built in 1878 by a founder of Highlands, North Carolina. Beautifully refurbished in 2013, the property sits on three-and-a-half acres of mountain laurel and rhododendrons within walking distance of Old Edwards Inn & Spa and Main Street. The gated grounds include a 900-square-foot event pavilion with fireplace, a pavilion alcove, a fireplace gazebo, water features, walking paths, and a playground area. A detached garage apartment complements the main residence. With capacity for up to 50 guests, Hutchinson House is well suited for intimate weddings, private celebrations, and alternative-style gatherings. The venue is available seasonally, from May through October, through Old Edwards Inn & Spa's dedicated events team.
