The private two-bedroom Cottage duplex provides an ideal VIP suite for executives or a luxurious retreat for a bride and groom. - What is the venue capacity?
- Hutton Hall can accommodate 150 Seated for a dinner (no dancefloor), 300 Standing. Lidgerwood Pavilion can accommodate 300 seated for a dinner with a dance floor, 400 without a dancefloor. Butler Pavilion can accommodate 1200 seated for a dinner with a dance floor, 3000 without a dancefloor.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes, Hutton Brickyards carries the liquor license, all beverage sales must go through Hutton Brickyards.
- Does the venue have a food and beverage minimum?
- Yes, there are food and beverage minimums in additional the venue rental fee. Each space has it's own minimum, check with your sales manager for all pricing.
