- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Rental fees depend on the size of event and space selected. Contact our Event Sales team for more information by emailing us at scottsdale.sales@hyatt.com.
- What is the contingency fee?
- A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover additional charges and/or incidental charges incurred during and following the wedding. Deposit amount may change should your wedding be within 6 months of signing your contract.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Cancellations 180+ days before the wedding forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days incur a fee of 75% of the total minimum revenue commitment. Fees may vary if the wedding is within 6 months of contract signing.
- Is there onsite parking available for wedding guests, and is there a fee?
- Private valet parking & self-parking are available for you and guests. Handicap parking is available on-site. *Valet: Wedding only guests $10.00 and Overnight guests $35.00 *Self-Parking: Wedding only guests complimentary and Overnight guests $25.00 Vendor Parking: Complimentary in designated area
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes, delicious catering is provided by the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Culinary team for our events. Outside catering is allowed for ethnic cuisine that cannot be replicated authentically by our team and must be by an approved caterer.
