Indian Hills Community Center

Nestled among ponderosa pines and mountain meadows along Parmalee Gulch Road in Indian Hills, Colorado, the Indian Hills Community Center is a historic log-cabin-style venue available for private event rentals. Operated by the Indian Hills Improvement Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, the building sits at 5,381 feet in the foothills southwest of Denver and has served the community for decades. The main hall accommodates up to 115 guests with seating — furnished with padded chairs, rectangular and round tables — and opens onto a lush lawn surrounded by towering pines, offering additional outdoor space for ceremonies or cocktail hours. An in-building kitchen pass-through, two indoor restrooms, and a modern reverse osmosis water filtration system round out the facility. Rentals are available for weddings, receptions, graduation parties, birthdays, holiday gatherings, and award banquets, with half-day and full-day packages and a membership discount for qualifying IHIA members.
