Inverness Country Club

Inverness Country Club is a private club set within the Inverness community of Birmingham, Alabama, where it has welcomed members and their guests since opening on May 1, 1973. The 24,000-square-foot clubhouse features spectacular dining rooms with high ceilings, large windows, and chandeliers — a setting recognized as one of the best new clubhouses by Golf Inc. magazine. The clubhouse offers several distinct event spaces, from the Dining Room, which accommodates up to 175 guests, to the intimate Oak Room and Garden Room for smaller gatherings, with full-buyout capacity for up to 300 guests. Engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions can all unfold within the club, allowing an entire wedding experience to take place in one cohesive setting. Every event is supported by an on-site banquet manager, a professional service team, and Executive Chef Chris Kennedy, who customizes menus to suit each occasion. The club hosts only one wedding per day to give each celebration its full attention.
