NOCO Islands is a private island event venue established in 1999 on a lake at 4171 Kechter Road in Fort Collins, Colorado. Guests reach the island destinations by shuttle boat, arriving at a setting designed around sandy beaches, waterfalls, tiki bars, and fire pits — offering a summer retreat atmosphere for gatherings in Northern Colorado. Three distinct island destinations accommodate events of varying sizes. Li'i Li'i Island suits smaller, private gatherings, while the Big Island's West Side and East Side can be reserved individually or combined for larger groups. Events including both islands can host up to 500 guests, with a minimum of 80 per island reservation. Available seasonally from June through August, the venue is well suited for corporate outings, wedding receptions, family and class reunions, graduation celebrations, and birthday parties. Included amenities span swimming access, a water trampoline, canoes, pedal boats, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and outdoor seating with a commercial grill and tiki bar area. Restrooms and complimentary parking are provided on site, and the venue accommodates outside catering.
