Jackson's Bistro, Bar & Sushi is a 20,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant and event venue situated on Harbour Island in Tampa, Florida. Open since 1997, the property overlooks the Hillsborough River, the Garrison Channel, and the downtown Tampa skyline, offering unobstructed water and city views from nearly every vantage point. The venue offers five private event spaces suited to groups of all sizes. The Waterfront Room — the flagship private space — sits one level above the main dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 270-degree panorama of downtown Tampa, and an attached private balcony. Backjack's Lounge provides a flexible indoor setting for corporate events, celebrations, and social gatherings, with the option to combine with the adjacent Island Bar for larger buyouts. The Patio Cabanas bring the event outdoors under a covered cabana roof, with sweeping skyline and water views. A more intimate Wine Room rounds out the lineup for smaller private dinners. Jackson's in-house culinary and service team handles food and beverage for all private events, with valet parking and wheelchair-accessible facilities available on-site.
