Jackson Yacht Club

Jackson Yacht Club has anchored the western shore of the Barnett Reservoir in Ridgeland, Mississippi since 1960, founded the year before the reservoir itself was completed. A member of the Gulf Yachting Association, the club rebuilt its current facility in 2001 after the original clubhouse was destroyed by fire, and today serves members and private event guests from a modern waterfront complex. Four dedicated event spaces accommodate groups from 25 to 500 guests, including the upper-floor Dining Room and covered Veranda with panoramic views of the reservoir and harbor, a water-level Bar with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water, and open-air spaces adjacent to the marina. The club's Executive Chef and culinary team provide in-house catering for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats, and social gatherings of all kinds.
