Jennette's Pier

Jennette's Pier stands at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean in Nags Head, North Carolina, extending 1,000 feet into the sea as the longest pier on the Outer Banks. Opened in 2011 as part of the NC Aquariums family, the pier house draws private gatherings — weddings, dinner parties, rehearsal events, and corporate functions — to one of the Carolina coast's most distinctive waterfront settings. Oceanview Hall, on the third floor of the pier house, offers 3,500 square feet of event space beneath hardwood cathedral ceilings with a fireplace and sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic. A covered outdoor balcony extends the space toward the ocean, and the hall accommodates up to 175 seated guests and 250 for standing receptions. The pier house is fully wheelchair accessible and outfitted with audio/visual equipment, WiFi, and a full-service catering kitchen.
