The entire space is brimming with windows, allowing you and your guests to take in the amazing Chicago night light from any point in the room. At the Joffrey Tower, dine, dance, and salute to the future. For a ceremony and reception, the rental rate ranges from $5,000 to $8,500 and covers 8 hours of event time, minus build up and clean up time. For a ceremony-only wedding, the charge is $3,500. Additional hours are available for a charge of $500 per hour. There is a refundable security deposit of 20% of the rental rates.
