Just the Place

Just the Place Events Venue is a rustic-elegant barn event space set on 40 acres of natural Kansas prairie near Lake Perry in Ozawkie. The historic barn features vintage lighting fixtures, hand-hewn beams, and polished concrete floors, with the western side opening onto a large patio and fire pit overlooking panoramic views of the Delaware River Valley — a backdrop that extends into the surrounding prairie for ceremony and photography. The venue supports a range of event types, from full-day weddings to hourly social gatherings, with customizable packages. Rentals include tables and chairs, a bridal loft with full kitchen, a private groom's room, a borrowing room stocked with décor items, a gaming corral, and a bonfire area on the grounds. Only one event is hosted at a time, making the space exclusively available to each client.
