We owe a debt of gratitude to Chef Paul and Kay for their dedication to their craft and the opportunity to learn from the very best. We consider it a privilege and a blessing to be able to serve our clients, many of whom have become like members of our own family via the telling of tales, the sharing of jalapeño cheddar yeast rolls, and the raising of martini glasses. We will also cherish the memories of all of the incredible employees who have worked for us over the years, knowing that they will each take a little bit of K-with Paul's them for the rest of their professional lives. We are going to look to the future and permanently embrace Chef Paul's "Good Cooking, Good Eating, Good Loving" way of looking at life.
