Katy Depot

Built in 1911 as a bustling rail hub, Katy Depot is a meticulously restored historic landmark in the heart of downtown Denison, Texas. Its event venue pairs vintage architecture with sparkling chandeliers and a romantic mezzanine, and offers both indoor space and outdoor ceremony options for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, galas, and reunions. Seated dinners accommodate around 200 guests, while cocktail- and reception-style events can host up to 300. The Bluebonnet Room, a light-filled bridal suite with vanity tables and cozy seating, gives brides and bridesmaids a comfortable space to prepare before the ceremony. Couples can extend their celebration with a stay in Katy Depot's on-site Airbnb lofts, and an on-site bridal boutique offers gowns, jewelry, veils, and accessories for brides planning their day. Beyond weddings and private events, Katy Depot serves as a gathering place for the Denison community, hosting concerts, art shows, festivals, and seasonal celebrations alongside its on-site shops and restaurants.
