Basic rental is $100 per hour on weekdays and $150 per hour on weekends and holidays, with a five-hour minimum. Rental includes use of our 85-inch TV display, HDMI and AirPlay connectivity, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tables, and chairs. The combined conference rooms offer approximately 690 square feet and can accommodate up to 30 guests (seated), depending on the selected layout. Optional equipment and services, including a set of projector+screen, microphones, Bluetooth speaker, whiteboard, table linens, catering coordination, and customized room setups, may be available for an additional fee.
