Kendall Plantation

Kendall Plantation is a wedding venue built in 2011 on a hilltop ranch property in Kendall County, just outside Boerne near San Antonio. Its Antebellum-style architecture draws on the design of Southern Louisiana plantation homes paired with a rugged Texas sensibility, and the grounds are shaded by century-old oak trees and marked by limestone rock formations. Original items once used to work the ranch are displayed throughout the property as a nod to its ranching history. Couples can exchange vows outdoors beneath a white wood gazebo overlooking a natural spring pond, or indoors on a cascading staircase inside the Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up to 400 guests for seated receptions. The ballroom opens onto wraparound porches with Hill Country views through French doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. A bridal suite with a claw-foot tub and walk-in shower, and a groom's suite with a foosball table, give wedding parties dedicated space to prepare. Kendall Plantation is family owned and operated, describing itself as a Christian business focused on customer satisfaction. The venue provides tables, chairs, and a preferred vendor list, and offers a live video feed for guests who are unable to attend in person.
