About Kimball Terrace

The Kimball Terrace is a top-floor, downtown Park City event venue located on the corner of Heber and Main, with views that look out over Historic Main Street and the surrounding mountain slopes.  Designed with an urban chic, mountain-town feel, the Main Hall offers 4,500 square feet of indoor space with floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood, brick, and brass finishes, and flexible fit panels that allow for a wide range of layouts, from long-table rehearsal dinners to corporate programs and full receptions. A wrap-around balcony overlooks Main Street and Heber Avenue, giving guests space to step out, mingle, and take in the energy of Old Town.  For indoor-outdoor hosting, the Terrace adds 1,800 square feet of outdoor space bordered by garden landscaping, with panoramic western, northern, and southern views including the mountain slopes of Park City Canyons Resort. With multiple access points from the lobby and hall, the flow between dinner inside and conversation outside feels natural and effortless.  Kimball Terrace is supported by an experienced event team that can provide event coordination and services, and can help clients navigate Utah liquor laws. If you already have a planner or destination management company, the team works seamlessly alongside them.  Catering is provided through the venue’s exclusive partner, Culinary Crafts, with made-from-scratch menus and in-house service. The team can also help source rentals, decor, florals, custom bars and lounge furniture, and more to build a cohesive event experience. Capacity is 175 to 200 seated or 300 reception-style indoors, and 100 seated or 150 reception-style outdoors. Monday to Thursday daytime rentals start at $4,500 and evening rentals start at $9,000. Friday to Sunday rentals start at $12,000. Multi-day events are priced by custom quote.
