La Bodega is a Spanish tapas restaurant and event venue situated on Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Founded by James Taylor — whose background spans architecture, culinary training, brewmaster certification, and event management — the restaurant draws from the tapas traditions of Northern Spain and the Basque region, where small-plate dining is as much about camaraderie and unhurried conversation as it is about food.
