Lagoon studio is a 3500 sqft blank slate perfect for corporate events, brand launch parties, milestone birthdays and any other important celebration. Our studio is a flexible event space with an open vendor policy. We have hosted exclusive private dinner parties with celebrated chefs, weekend long brand launch events for networking, and wild birthday parties complete with food trucks and a mechanical bull! Whatever you dream up, we hope to help you execute it at Lagoon. We are located near the downtown Dallas Design District. The modern warehouse space offers 2 rooms, 1 large 2500 sqft main hall with 16' ceilings, skylights and rafters for hanging decor. And the 2nd 1000 sqft lounge area with a separate entrance, perfect for use as a cocktail lounge, or back of house staging area.
