Lake Shore Village Resort is a family-owned lakefront property set on 18 acres along 3,500 feet of Lake Horace shoreline in Weare, New Hampshire. Operated by the Colburn Family for over 75 years, the resort features 19 private lake homes ranging from two to five bedrooms — each with direct lake access and private docks — making it a destination venue where wedding parties and guests can gather for a full weekend rather than a single evening. Weddings unfold across several settings on the property. Ceremonies take place on the resort's private beach, with receptions held under a heated 40' x 80' tent featuring a granite floor and lakefront views for up to 150 guests. A dedicated rehearsal dinner tent and a post-wedding farewell breakfast round out the weekend, alongside on-site coordination and a preferred vendor list for catering, photography, and entertainment. Year-round amenities — including an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing boats, a pontoon, and pickleball courts — give guests plenty to enjoy beyond the event itself.
