Lakefront Acres Wedding & Event Venue is a private lakefront wedding venue set on 26 beautiful acres along Richland-Chambers Lake near Corsicana, Texas. Just over an hour from Dallas, the property offers couples a peaceful destination-style setting with sweeping water views, unforgettable sunsets, and plenty of room to celebrate. Couples can choose from indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options, including a scenic waterfront ceremony site, spacious reception hall, covered outdoor areas, private bridal and groom suites, and stunning photo locations throughout the property. Lakefront Acres can accommodate up to 180 seated guests indoors and provides the flexibility of a beautiful outdoor wedding with an indoor backup option for unpredictable Texas weather. Lakefront Acres offers both venue-only rentals and customizable inclusive wedding packages. Couples may bring their own vendors through an open vendor policy or simplify planning with options that can include coordination, catering, cake, DJ entertainment, decorating, linens, place settings, bar staff, security, photography, florals, and more. Venue amenities include tables and chairs with setup, ceremony seating, prep kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar areas, guest restrooms, onsite parking, covered drop-off, wheelchair accessibility, and an onsite venue manager. The Cove package is $8,900 plus the applicable venue rental fee and tax. Pricing includes up to 100 guests; additional guests are $45 per person. This package includes month-of coordination, decorating services, buffet catering, a 3-tier wedding cake, DJ services, linens, 2 TABC-certified bartenders, security, and a wedding website with RSVP management. Venue rental includes 12 consecutive hours, tables and chairs with setup, ceremony seating with setup, private getting-ready suites, prep kitchen, bar areas, parking, and more. Place settings are not included in The Cove.
The Reservoir package is $17,900 plus the applicable venue rental fee and tax. Pricing includes up to 100 guests; additional guests are $60 per person. This luxury experience includes month-of coordination, 6 hours of photography with an online gallery, decorating services, fresh floral allowance, upgraded buffet catering, a 3-tier wedding cake, place settings, linens, DJ services, 2 TABC-certified bartenders, security, and a wedding website with RSVP management. Venue rental and full wedding-day venue amenities are additional and included in the total minimum shown.
Venue-only wedding rentals range from $3,900–$5,900 depending on the day of the week and include 12 consecutive hours of venue access. Rental includes reception tables and chairs with setup, white ceremony chairs with setup, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, Bird’s Nest bridal suite, Groom’s Den, caterer’s prep kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar areas, guest restrooms, onsite parking, covered drop-off, and an onsite venue manager. Our open-vendor policy gives couples the flexibility to build their wedding their way. Linens are not included with venue-only rental.
The Shore package is $4,900 plus the applicable venue rental fee and tax. Pricing includes up to 100 guests; additional guests are $15 per person. The Shore includes month-of coordination, decorating assistance with your provided décor, DJ services, linens, 2 TABC-certified bartenders, security, and a wedding website with RSVP management. Couples maintain the flexibility to select their own caterer, florist, cake, and other personal wedding vendors. Venue rental includes 12 consecutive hours and our standard venue amenities.
Our Intimate Wedding Experience is $3,500 for celebrations of up to 50 invited guests and includes 6 hours at Lakefront Acres. The experience includes private getting-ready suites, tables and chairs with setup, ceremony seating with setup, linens, a basic white wedding cake, bridal bouquet and boutonniere, sweet tea and water station, prep kitchen, bar areas, parking, and an onsite venue manager. Available Monday–Thursday; Friday–Sunday dates may be booked within 60 days of the wedding date, based on availability.
