Lakes at Lacey is a versatile event venue surrounded by a scenic lake, wooded groves, and open green space. It’s designed to host a wide range of gatherings—from weddings and receptions to cultural and religious celebrations, corporate functions, conferences, and tradeshows. Venue Highlights: Lakeview Conservatory Ballroom – A spacious ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of our lake and neighboring forest preserve. Seats up to 430 guests for banquets and 600 for ceremony and cocktail receptions. The Grove – Outdoor space ideal for ceremonies and cocktail hours. Piano Lounge – Atrium-style indoor lounge perfect for cocktail receptions and indoor ceremonies. Grand Lounge – Elegant indoor space for cocktail receptions or networking.

- We can host up to 400 in our Lakeview Conservatory for a seated banquet style.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our base rental package includes our Lakeview Conservatory, Piano Lounge, Lacey Lounge (bridal suite), furniture, furniture set up, and janitorial.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes, our parking garage is free for all guests and connected by our covered walk way.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our pricing is flat rate and depends on what day of the week you are hosting your event. Typically we see clients spending between $9,000 and $13,000.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We are unable to welcome "dancing in the clouds", CO2 guns, cold sparkles, confetti and glitter. All real flame candles must be in a glass votive.
