Larkin's Sawmill

Larkin's Sawmill is a historic event venue in Greenville, South Carolina's North Main area, just minutes from downtown. Housed in a restored century-old sawmill, the space retains original architectural character — exposed brick walls, polished hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a rustic sawdust silo, and strung Edison bulbs — paired with modern amenities for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. The venue offers two indoor spaces, the Main Room and the Patio Room, which can be booked separately or combined for larger events. The enclosed Patio Room can open into an airy, open-air setting, while an expansive outdoor lawn accommodates tented cocktail receptions or outdoor ceremonies, complete with a fire pit for s'mores stations. Altogether, Larkin's Sawmill accommodates up to 300 guests for a standing reception or 200 for a seated dinner. Full-service catering comes from Larkin's Catering, with chef-inspired menus ranging from grazing tables to plated dinners. Rentals include tables and chairs, standard tableware, and WiFi and audiovisual equipment, and the venue offers exclusive access to a bridal suite along with a full parking lot for guests.
