Las Casuelas Nuevas is a family-owned Mexican restaurant and event venue located at 70-050 Highway 111 on Restaurant Row in Rancho Mirage, California. A culinary institution in the Coachella Valley for more than 50 years, the restaurant has become a beloved destination for celebrations, private gatherings, and corporate events.
