Le Fat

Guy Wong's most recent venture, Le Fat, is a Vietnamese restaurant on the Westside that combines his passions for Vietnamese, French, and Cantonese food in one place. A welcoming but refined restaurant that specializes on robust Vietnamese cuisine as well as family-style dishes. Le Fat and Guy Wong invite you to experience their contemporary rendition of classic Vietnamese meals. The design of the restaurant is inspired by French colonial influences in Vietnam, with the goal of recapturing the beauty, romance, and joie de vivre of French colonial Southeast Asia in the early twentieth century. Our menu includes meals such as shaking beef, clay pots, com (rice), bun (vermicelli), rotisserie chicken, ph (noodle soup), and stir-fry dishes that mix the delicious flavors of Northern Vietnam with a splash of French Cuisine to create a really unique dining experience. Our Dessert Counter has French pastries, Housemade Ice Creams, and other desserts, and we also provide Vietnamese coffee service, which is delivered to your table.
